Track Club Programs

We have seasonal programs that offer kids of every experience and commitment levels the opportunity to enjoy track and field.

 

Spring: Focus on foundational athletic development and compete in a variety of different track competition formats. Best opportunity for beginners to try out track.


Summer: Higher intensity training and expected level of commitment from athletes relative to Spring program. Greater focus on specific event skill development in preparation for competitive Summer club meets. 

The Spring session will focus on building foundational athletic skills and trying out different track and field events. We teach basic event techniques, do running training and play games to develop coordination and agility. Kids will receive a team jersey and have the opportunity to compete in a variety of different track competition formats throughout the season.
