Track Club Programs

We offer seasonal programs for kids of every experience and commitment level to discover and enjoy track and field.

Development Program (Spring Track): Learn track fundamentals in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Ages 5–18, no experience required. Runs March–May with local meets focused on skill-building and participation.

Competitive Team ( formerly Summer Track): Performance-focused program for dedicated athletes ready for higher-level competition. Ages 8–18, selective admission with limited spots. Competes in USATF meets leading to Junior Olympic Championships at Association, Regional, and National levels. Runs March through summer.

The Development Program session focuses on building foundational skills while exploring different track and field events. Athletes learn basic techniques, develop speed and coordination through games and drills, and compete in various low-pressure meet formats throughout the season.
